Sport Taping Certification


Athletes often face injuries as a result of their participation in sport or other recreation activities. In order to relieve pain, improve sports performance and prevent injuries, effectively using sports taping can help stabilize joints, strengthen muscle performance, improve the problem of muscle imbalance, assist joints alignment and protect the ligaments. This course focuses on the common sports injuries that may occur to young athletes in different body parts (Upper & Lower limb); introduces and demonstrates sports taping techniques, including therapy elastic bandaging and rayon taping.
